Here at Commerce Associates, the Management Company for the Slater, Commerce, Central and 365 Main Street Buildings, tenant satisfaction is our number one priority. We believe in a hands-on approach and work hard to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.
Our phones are answered by a live operator 24-hours a day and we employ a full-time maintenance staff consisting of plumbers, carpenters, electricians and general maintenance workers. Additionally, we have personnel on-site nights and weekends to address any problems.
